Default 2020 RT Customer Accessory Circuit

I've looked through the 2020 RT owner's manual and see no mention of any electrical wiring for connecting aftermarket accessories. My previous F3 had two. Anyone know if they exist?

In the absence of those wires, install a fuse block with a relay so it's only energized when the ignition is on. This will get your accessories isolated from the fussy Spyder electronics.

I saw a really trick fuse block sold by either Lamonster or SpyderPops or perhaps someone else but it cost something like $80.00. And now that I want one I can't freakin' find it. If someone knows where, please lay it on us.

This is the one I used and added a relay so it's powered only when the ignition is on. Or you can pick and choose from the many of their fuse block page.

I have to pull ours apart to look at what type of connectors they are but the service manual states that there are front and rear accessory plugs.
I can see them in the service manual schematics.
I can not see anywhere in the standard manual where they are referenced.

I used a Blue Sea 6 ckt fuse box on my 2010 RT and bought another for my 2020 RT. I have not decided where to install it on the bike yet. Looking for ideas.

There is one on the right side. I have my Garmin 590LM GPS hooked up to it. It's only powered when the key is on.

I have an F3L so your options may differ. I placed mine directly over the battery. It's powered through a relay that is energized only when the ignition is on.
For others wanting to do a fuse block, here's where I got mine. They have several more, click the back arrow......

There is one on the left side (sitting on the bike) remove the upper black side panel,It is has 2 zip ties on it & a dummy connector on the end you need a EV1 male pigtail to plug into it or cut the plug off & use the wires. The wires are short, It is a keyed circuit.

I bought mine here for $10.21 shipped. Look for it. They have a big selection of other fuse blocks.

Timmb, do you happen to have any pics inside the panel showing exactly what you are referring to?

I ended up putting my accessory panel between the two in the front trunk.
Easy to get to, battery connection right there, and you can zip it back up
and will be out of sight.

The accessory panel is a Tsunami TSFDB 14ATM this I'm afraid is no longer available
or I can't find it on the Internet. I had bought an extra one when I put this on my 14.

I did something similar on my F3L Sorry about the upside down photo. Note the relay that powers it.

left side. Remove access panel and look for a ev1` plug zip tied to a grouping. the top part is a cover only. If you have a male ev1 wired you can hook to the bottom piece. Other option is to cut off the bottom ev1 part and wire direct. i am attaching my gps here easier than left side.
