I just bought an HJC I90 Davan modular helmet. I picked it up for 208 at Mom's South in Foxboro Mass. Do not know if they ship but you can get one on Revzilla for 220 with a variety of colors to pick from and it includes an additional sun visor built into the helmet.

You always have to figure out what your head is worth when buying a helmet. I have an HJC is-max 2 and love it. It came from J&P cycles. the first one was too tight and they sent me another one, very easy people to deal with.

Helmets cater to certain head shapes - oval or round. Determine your head shape and go from there. An XXL in a HJC is not the same as a Shoei.

Remember, you're going to have that helmet on for hours at a time on a long trip. Price means nothing if you're suffering from a headache from an ill fitted helmet.

I have this one and love it. Wind doesnt affect it while riding like the others that stick straight up. The only negative thing I would say about is that it a bit noisy but thats due to the chin portion being thinner than the others.

FOLLOW UP..... I was able to purchase a new HJC IS-MAX 2 in XXL White for $75.99 with free shipping on ebay. Thanks for all of the replies.
