No mounting bracket that I know of. Don't know if one is needed. Tom

You are correct it needs that plastic slide. About a $20 part. Will try to get one. Thanks for pointing that out. Tom

Well after going back to the dealer, 50 minutes away. This backrest DOES NOT need a bracket. We took the seat off to take a look. Salesman, wife and I were both shocked to see no add on bracket. It does slide into a receptacle which is molded into the rear assembly under the passenger seat. So, there you have it. 2016 F3L Now, if the other years need a bracket? I don't know. Check under your seat. Tom

Yes, definitely requires the bracket. Can't mount the backrest without it.
