Major Complaint

Boy am I PISSED. Placed an order for Ryker rack and saddlebag support from LAMONSTER. It arrived in four days, wrapped great in re-cycled materials, not a scratch on it. Took a little bit of fiddling to assemble but not a problem. It's heavy duty steel and works great. All as it should be. Exactly as advertised and shown in pictures. My gripe? Nothing about which to complain.
With my luck this will happen every time I order from them.
