Any Netflix watchers watch Messiah?

I almost didn't watch because of the title. UtahPete, if you didn't watch, it was very good IMHO. Another good one that I just finished binge watching is Bonfire of Destiny, based on a historical event in France 1897. It stars French actress Audrey Fleurot, very very hot.

Just happened upon "Messiah" on Sunday and binge witched it. I too almost passed it by.

Hope I don't step across a line - but very curious - did you both almost pass it by because of the title as "Believers" or as "Not Believers"? As a Believer, it has both peeked my interest but also left me very skeptical of its intent.

If 0 is a non- believer and 10 is a believer, I'm at 5. That means I believe, but not into deeply religious movies.

I actually said what I did in the original post b/c that part was for Utah, and he's made it clear where he stands.

Well, now I have to watch it!

I watched two episodes last night. I don't find it engaging at all. Sort of a superhero fantasy movie with a dollop of pseudo religion thrown in for good measure.

Redhead. I thought I included it. The blonde is not as worldly. The redhead was in another series I watched.

No, it wasn't Safe; but, now that I looked it up, I will watch. It was a French series on Netflix. She was an attorney with a short stay in French prison.
