First I would check your air pressure, check at the valve under your seat. If it is below 20 lbs. I would add air, Put in around 60 lbs. check pressure 12 hours later and see if pressure dropped alot, more than 10 lbs. If it has tban you have a leak. I would guess it would be your check valve/one way valve. This is connected to your compressor. It is probably gummed up. Not real easy to get at for some one not mechanicly savy. Another possiblity is your ACS switch which is located on the left side by your swing arm. I went thru 2 of those.
If your air bag holds air pressure after 12 hours, it is probably your air compressor. It is possible that you have a pin hole in air bag. It is not that difficult to convert you air ride to manual. Once you find the cause let us know and we can give you more ideas. Bruce

Mine did the same. The compressor for the ACS went bad due to a leaky check valve. We were on a twelve day trip when I noticed the pump running way too often. A few days later the pump went bad. Luckily the leak wasn’t real bad and I just filled the air shock every time I stopped to fuel up. Check the fuse as well. If I remember right, the horn and fog lights are on the same circuit as the ACS pump.

Well, I checked the air, it was full

Not real sure on your model, but I think the bike has to be running and in gear for all that to work.

There is an aftermaret compressor that will work. It is alittle larger. It is around $90.00. I was going to get one but decided to go manual instead. If you are going to ryde your Spyder awhile before they can replace compressor, I would suggest disco necting (power) the bleed off valve. Valve is mounted to frame above muffler. This way your Spyder wont bleed off air. Bruce

Many of us have converted the adjustable systems to only manual. I took out the compressor, check valve and ran hose direct from schrader valve under seat direct to the airbag. Holds air fine, can set it and forget it.

Did you have to do anything besides remove the compressor, check valve and run the direct line? Any fuses or anything to do with the position sensor?
