This Is Too Weird!
So as a Christmas present I was given a Lamonster frame mounted water bottle (which I had strongly hinted for). And as I was examining the various components -- some assembly required -- I spotted a sticker, on the bottle holder itself, which said (in four languages, here paraphrased) "Warning: can cause cancer and reproductive problems!"
Now the item to which the sticker was applied is a chrome and plastic device meant to hold the bottle, nothing more. Damifino how it could possibly cause cancer, and about the only way it could cause reproductive problems is if a person contrived to somehow catch his nuts in the clamping mechanism.
So? Any ideas?

The sticker is on the frame probably b/c it is easier to remove from there. The water bottle coating, to keep things warm/cold, may have BPS or BPA; the probable reason for that sticker.
I may have looked at the wrong item on Lamonster’s website. So, it is just my best guess.

Who Me!
My only comment here would be ride more, worry less.
We both have the LM water bottle holders. And we are still here.
The hands glow a little bit, but they help with the night driving now.

You just don't know...... eating a chrome plated metal water bottle holder might give you cancer.
There is a sticker on the lid of my washing machine that says washing clothes with gasoline or cleaning fluid could be hazardous to your health. Duuhhhh.............

While removing the many warning stickers on a new 1980 Yamaha GS1000G, I read the wordy one from the forks. One of the cautions was DO NOT INCINERATE. That was not in my plans for that bike.
Ours is a red, black and chrome 2017 F3 Limited. Bought new in 2/2019. The avatar is my first bike back in 1952, a Simplex Servi-Cycle. Photo taken at the Barber Museum.

Do not remove those warning label decals. There is a subdivision of the mattress tag enforcement police that specializes in cracking down on warning label removal. That group is very strict and the fines / jail time is severe.

I was in new product development my entire career. We used to say, "make it idiot proof and they'll just come up with a better idiot".

Babies are a lot of noise at one end and a complete lack of responsibility on the other end.
