    Default Heated RDL Seat

For those that have the heat Russel Day Long Seat, how did you get power to it. Installing on 2016 RTL in near future looking for ideas on how to power it.

I haven't had heat put in the seat yet, but I have pre-wired for it, connecting to my fuse block. The purpose of a fuse block is to connect accessories avoiding the bike's fussy electronics. I power mine using a relay so it's energized only when the ignition is on. It's over the battery and the relay is under it. Sorry if the photo is upside down. I'm better at wiring than I am with a 'puter.

The DESS module is the security module and the one in the picture sure looks like the DESS module that's just above your Neg battery post.
