That is weir why are the dealer not consulting with the Manufacturer directly who made the product that They are trying to solve a problem on. Bring the questions directly to the source. BRP is supposed to have "experts" on every part of their products and potential problems and solutions.

They internet mostly produces anecdotes from people like me that are not 'experts on anything' but have opinions on everything and time to make videos etc.
