Default Shawn Smoak advises on parking brake lockup and cable adjustment

Just watched Shawn Smoak's video that he posted TODAY where he explains how to adjust the parking brake cable after a failure to release situation. He describes what I have been preaching to avoid this situation--adjust the cable only to take the slack out of it. I have always believed the adjustment in the BRP manual, as I read it, causes too much tension on the cable when the parking brake motor is activated and will cause the motor not to release occasionally.

Thanks for posting that. I'm going to be checking my park brake for that wobble and adjust it looser if there isn't any.
