Looks like the same wheels I got, except no contrasting spokes. One of the vendors was selling a kit that had different color stick on vinyl spoke high lights. Mine are OEM on the 2019 F3-S.

Found mine on eBay for $250. You may have to be a bit patient, but they show up fairly often.new.jpg
I have a pair. I took them off at 400 miles and installed PPA BLK wheels that i bought at the Spyder Fest 2019 at Pitbull in Springfield, Mo 2019. Talk to me. They are in Perfect condition.

Can't help with the wheels, but I like the white color scheme with the handle bars, seat and back rest. Never saw that before. I like it.
