The HMC filter is getting hard to find!?! On back-order & still waiting.. Thanks BRP!

The 1330 HMC filter is getting a bit hard to find. P/N 420211156 is backordered from good old BRP and is a pretty rare find anywhere else. So glad I order months and miles ahead of time.

Local parts guy couldn't even find it on his computer. BajaRons is waiting with bated breath and had to turn away a customer as they didn't have one in stock either. I have one on order from Rons.

A heartfelt thank you to BRP/Can Am for the lack of a commonly required filter for a standard engine.

We stock them. Usually have 15-20 on hand. But when BRP ran out, we got cleaned out in a hurry. We've had them on back order more than 2 weeks. If you can find one, I'd get it.

Most of the parts houses are on a drop-ship system. When the supplier runs out, so do they. But I'd be interested if this angle works for someone.

True... But that's the wrong filter. That is the SE5 HCM filter. And over $100.00 cheaper than the correct filter! (Part # 420211156) Don't try to install Part # 420256454 in your SE6!
