Sure would help if the forum knew what year and model your was???????????

Check battery and it's connections. If the battery is more than a few years old, a load test and test for alternator output is in order. Do you have a volt-ohm meter????

How do you know the battery is good? Did you do a load test on it? Like Lew said if you have a Volt Ohm meter watch the voltage as you try to start it.

Sounds like loose battery connections. When you turn the key on and get lights then everything goes off when you hut the start, loose connection.

What year? What model? How old?

    Default Only the click....

Regardless of which or what you have...the "click" with no engine turn over can only come from a few places. Most commonly the battery. Especially the twins need all the the power meaning under 12 volts will not do it. So you can have lights horn turn signals etc but not enough to start her up. Battery cable connections and ground straps is another source. Lastly starter solenoid and or starter. Did you try jump starting??

with Gene and the others who say check the battery connections - first ….. I highly recommend using STAR washers on the battery terminals then tighten securely ….. they won't come loose on their own - EVER ….. Mike

If you're not using a battery maintainer when your Spyder is not in use, you will have battery issues, in time. Unless you have access to one of the VERY expensive battery load testers you will be unable to verify that your battery is in good health. Personally, I am using the Optimate 4 maintainer. It has some very good features. Here is a link to a YouTube video that gives an overview.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DGLduJXpkyE
