I don't know about the audio on the F3L, but regarding your post on whether to trade your RS for an F3L. I have an F3-S and have added aftermarket bags and bluetooth my cell phone to my helmet. I have recorded music on my phone as well as the Sirius/XM app. You can also stream Pandora or Spotify if you have an account. If you like the F3L go for it, but you can purchase an F3-S for a lot less and save bucks on aftermarket bags and trunk. I have been told that my Shad bags hold more than the built-in bags on an F3T or F3L. I also carry a 40L waterproof bag on my aftermarket luggage rack that will hold more than the standard F3L trunk.

Yes you can connect audio via Bluetooth to your helmet. I use a Cardo Freecom 2 inside a shoei helmet and audio s loud and clear. The only issue I’ve had is that I had to unpair and pair my helmet to the Spyder when apple did the latest iOS update.

I use the bluetooth, and the quality is good with my Apple music and Sirius XM.
