I've been enjoying Sriracha for years! Great stuff! Not too hot, but very flavorful.

I like Franks and of course the go to Tabasco better. Crystal is also good. And don't forget Cholula, I think the best of the Mexican Hot sauces.

Sorry, I am not aware of 'Franks Hot Sauce.'

Sriracha is rather hot, but it has some flavor (spicy). They probably sell it in all of the major grocery store chains. Try it. I bet you'll like it.

I am very familiar with Tabasco and Cholula. Tabasco is, in my opinion, just hot, no flavor. Cholula is better. But, Sriracha is MUCH better, in my opinion.

Frank's used to be called Frank's Louisiana Red Hot. It is now owned by McCormick, don't know if that is why they dropped the "Louisiana". With Tabasco try giving is a really good shaking before using it to bring out more flavor. Growing up in New Orleans, I was raised on Frank's, Tabasco and Crystal. But mostly Tabasco.

    Thumbs up

As I look at my choices of sauce to put on my eggs ( over medium with some grated cheddar on top) ------- I ponder a choice of----- Franks, 3 different Cholulas , and Tabasco . And the winner is--------Cholula Chili Lime Recently discovered Franks----- another bullet in the gun.
