Default Port on driver's side saddle bag?

Can someone tell me what the port on the driver's side saddle bag is for? It is covered by a quarter size plastic plug. It has several wires underneath it.

    Thank you

Yea, it’s under the left passenger grab handle on a RT. I was wondering the same thing?

The one on the left side is for the passenger seat heat control. The one on the right side is for the passenger radio control.

I used that spot for my outlet from warmnsafe >click here<. It doubles as an inlet for my tender.
