Your two choices are obvious to me. The dealership should be able to send you a link to the instructions for the seat installation and you fix it yourself, or you have the dealership agree to fixing it for you as the first customer of a given day and you have a nice extended morning Spyder ride.

So there is a proper way that this goes in? If so I will do it. Some have said it sits like that so didnt think much. Now maybe it should sit flush. I looked inside and I dont think it will go down

One side has the locking pin, the other side has the passenger seat switch. My 2019 F3S is very similar. Try shortening the locking pin. Stupid design ....

Yeah I agree, others have stated theirs are the same. Yep and the passenger sensor. That pin is a little long it seems. Oh well

The passenger switch keeps the left side higher than the right side where it is latched. Equals out when you press down and depress the passenger switch.

Due to the passenger switch needing the seat to be pressed down to activate the rear seat tends to look like this. Is there still a gap when someone is sitting on the seat?
On the RT's the switch is in the rear seat and the pressure of the passenger activates it. Not sure what BRP didn't do the F3 the same way.

    Then it is correct.
Our two F3's are the same, but on the limited with top box you do not see the gap like you do on the other models.

Why cares? BRP doesn't and folks will still buy 1 - or even 2.

I haven't messed with the locking pin as of yet, as I pretty much got over the gap. With the locking pin only on one side, seems to me that if you do shorten the pin on the left, you'll only make the gap on the right/switch side more noticeable?
