Please Help- New F3 issues - Maybe
Hey guys- I just purchased a new 2019 F3 Limited (Phoenix Orange).
I can not get the navigation to function - the dealership spent the better part of two days trying to get the BRP CONNECT to work- the audio sounds like it is muted.(so low that you can not hear the directions). At one time we had it working just couldn’t hear it.
Now I’m having trouble trying to get the system to work.
I am using iPhone 7 and Sena 20s .
Also I can not get any radio stations on the fm radio.
BRP CARE has suggested that I do what I already have/ contact the dealership.
They were not able to get the navigation with audio to work properly.
Any help would be appreciated .
Thanks Don

Latest one is 20.8 i believe. Makes quite a bit of difference with the latest software.
Also make sure the volume setting on the mobile ph media setting is turned up to max once connected to the bike.
Good luck

do you have all the apps downloaded on your phone ? have a 2019 f3 ltd as well , had lot of trouble getting thins to work . what ended up working for me was to turn off blue tooth on phone have the bike connect to your helmet , them turn blue tooth on an connect phone to BRP connect (your bike ) start brp connect on phone then plug in usb cable in glove box. make sure all your settings on bike are correct volume output to helmet or speakers .

Thanks very much for your help.
What are you meaning when you say correct volume output to helmet or bike?
How is this done?
I have iPhone 7 -
I read somewhere that you don’t want to have the Sena connected to the phone (via Bluetooth) when using brp connect.
Do you have any thoughts on this?
Thanks again for your help.

I can pair the phone to brp .
How do you connect the Sena to the bike?
Do you adjust the volume to the Sena on the bike somehow?
I have not been able to use my navigation any and hear it
since I got my f3 Limited.
Thanks for any suggestions

Here's a copy of the instructions on how to pair your helmet to the bike.
Have you been able to determine which software version of BRP Connect is installed on your bike? (If I recall correctly, you go to SETTINGS, scroll down to About. You will see a notation with SW and a number. The number should start with 20. If the number is less than 20 then you need to have the software updated.)

in the auto settings you have a choice for audio output set, it to helmet , then go to the volume screen and adjust the volume up.
