    Default Vss fault

Got my first fault sense i had my Spyder. 2013 RS SM5.
VSS fault went into limp mode. Got off shut it down and brake lights were on. Started back up rode about a mile and it went off, Not sure if i was touching braked or because i had new pads installed Friday. Seems OK now, ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCE THIS any help appreciated.THANKS!!

You answered your own question. Brake lights stuck on. That will cause a fault. Inspect and clean the brake light switch.

    Default Oh yeah !!!

As mentioned above the brake light may have been the issue. I have had the VSS go off in several occasions for emergency braking and some perticular curves and turns. Usually it all clears after a computer reset and probably goes to storage so BUDS can scold you later for missbehaving....
