Tool kit location, 2013 RT Limited?

Hi folks, is the tool kit supposed to be in plain sight when you lift the seat, or under the little panel to the left of the brake fluid fill?

My 2012 was under the seat,more towards the back! It's now in the frunk!

They appear in different places...depending on the dealer who prepped it. Some have found them in the frunk and even in the trunk or saddle bags.

If it is a 2013, it is likely a used machine.

It is possible that the previous owner kept the toolkit.

Should be strapped to the bottom of the seat on the right side, look up!
