    Default Seat release is stuck

Anyone know how I can release my seat to access the gas tank? (it's stuck)
I have used an entire can of WD-40 = no luck.
BTW - the key does push IN - but, won't turn to unlock the seat (it DOES turn to unlock the frunk)

Once ya get it open you can run a cable up into the glove box to release it. Also make sure the bolt and locking mechanism are adjusted right
