    OK, Ryker Rally with about 3,000 miles. #1 freeway speeds=34.5 mpg. #2 cruising secondary roads=39 mpg. #3 back road site seeing=47 mpg. cueman

    Those are pretty good numbers... How did you go about calculating them?

    For 3,300 Miles I have been averaging 32 per the indicator. Hard to Not twist the throttle with the Ryker? My F3 gets 36-37.

    So far (400 miles) I'm at 33mpg using a calculator.

    Did anyone buy the Ryker for the gas mileage? If so, then a three wheel scooter gets better mileage.

    Thanks for the results. The way I drive, I probably would be lucky to get 25mpg...

    Miles traveled divided by gallons used. Nothing scientific, but I was careful to fill to the same level as close as possible. When I site see riding on back roads I seldom use my brakes to stop and I go at a pleasing pace to enjoy my surroundings. If an occasional car comes up behind me, I just politely wave it by. I’m not trying to set any mpg records, I just think it was fun for me to see how MY driving influenced MY mpg. By the way, this was on 87 octane. YMMV cueman
