    Default front tire removal from 2017 rt

    i attempted removing the front wheels to install new tires, annnnnnnnd since a motorcycle accident left me blind in my right eye plus accidently stepped on my glasses duh, i couldn't seem to get the wheel past the brake caliper. forgive my ignorance but am i missing something that i'm not seeing (pun intended) thanks for any hints or suggestions sucks not being able to do things i have done all my life

    To make the job easier, dis-connect the mud flap, then loosen ( not re-move ) the four fender bracket bolts …. this will allow you to move the fenders up a bit and get the wheel off …. the BREMBO caliper assembly is a bit larger than the former caliper …… Mike

    Thanks for the suggestions Mike, and they enabled me to remove the wheels. installed the new tires after going to my local tire shop for mounting and balancing the vredsteins really can tell a biggggg difference in going thru the curves no twitching and darting did I say smoothhhhhhh thank you for your advice and answering my questions......Ray
