    Default Rear Tire Help

Recently installed the 205/60/15 on the rear, first time 2 up riding yesterday. When hitting bumps the tire appears to be hitting the rear shock. I can just get my finger between the shock and tire. 2016 RTL

The tire can't hit the rear shock unless something is broken ….. Not that this matters but ….What brand tire ? …. the RT-L has a rear air Bag …. is the compressor working ?? - if not you probably don't have enough air in it..... possibly a leak, which you might not notice when ride single ….. Default Interesting....🤔

Does look awfully close but not likely hiting the tire when ryding. there have been those with compressor and airbag issues that have had fender hits when ryding two up. I believe you can check the air pressure from under the seat to see where it is at and if it needs adjusting or the leveling sensor connection.

The tire is the Quatrac 5. I think you may have nail it yet again. There is only a little clearance between the tire shock I could not figure out how that is possible. The compressor is raising and lowering the bike. I raised and lower it a few time and have been bouncing up and down on and have not been able to get to bottom out again yet. I'm only 180 and wife is 125 I don't see that being the problem We will ride again today and see if we can duplicate it.

I played with the Airbag switch and without riding yet, I have been bouncing up and down and have not been able to duplicate the problem we will ride later today and see what happens.
