    Default Front tires

Thinking about putting the Federal Fermoza AZ01 on the front of my 2016 F3T! Opinions please! Is there anything better?

Do a search for front automobile tires and learn more than you ever expected.

Ask BlueKnight Mike! I have them (Federal Formoza AZ01) on my RT and the change was dramatically better over my stock Kenda's. Can't even see wear on them after 12,000+ miles

I put a set of Vredstein tires on the front of our Spyder. Only have about 120 miles on them but the difference between them and the Kendas is like night and day!

I have had Federal tires in the past , I wasn't overly impressed ….. The Vredestein Quatrac 5 ( imho ) has the best rating for tires that will fit your Spyder ( 175/55-15 ) , quite a few folks here have tried and liked them very much especially if the road is wet … the dry traction is excellent also … do a search to see who likes them …… Mike

Been using the federals for a few years now and had no issues and handle way better than stock. Seem to stop well in wet weather too..

There are two types of Federal tires the Evo and the Formoza. I did not like the Evo’s handling but I love the way the Formoza’s handle. I’m approaching 100,000 miles on them, got almost 50,000 on the last set and they handled just as good at 50,000 as they did at 10 miles.

I've tried several different front tires over the course of owning 2 different Spyders and I agree with Ann, the Formoza is the best front tire I've found. The Quatrac 5 might be good, but I have no experience with it. The Formoza is it for me.
