I love mine, and my car has been reduced to a few thousand miles a year (at best). Yes, of course, when it was new I would get up early just to ride it, and like all things that goes away. That said, I can't imagine being without it and would replace it, almost no matter the cost, if something happened to mine.

It was a great investment and has made a significant difference in my life and my lifestyle.

I have owned my F3-S for over three years and have over 40,000 miles on it. I never get bored riding it. I plan on keeping it for 100,000 miles or more!

Only had mine just over a month, but I take every opportunity to ride it. A much more relaxed ride than my two-wheelers, and the only thing the wife will ride on so win-win for me.

We have had our RT since 2012. It is my wife's and does not get ridden by her nearly as much as should. That is because she is not as passionate about riding as I am. That being said, she loves her RT and, while I prefer two wheels, I do enjoy it too at times.

In reality, I think she bought the Can-Am for me to drive her. She is not a fan of riding on back of one of my motorcycles. She rides solo on the RT at times but just as much we use the Spyder for 2-up rides and trips. I am heading to out of town for the wedding of a friend's son in a couple weeks. I will be going solo and the wedding is about 400 miles away. Since the RT is so good at this type of long, highway haul with gear, I am leaning toward taking the RT vs my motorcycle. Lots of capacity for gear and coverage should it rain...which it always does in July/Aug in these parts. Similarly, we do a couple long weekend trips, two-up, each year and it works extremely well for our needs.

Have clocked over 50K miles on 2 RT LTD over 7 years. I ride every chance, any time of the day, any season of the year and anywhere I have to go. I have had no problems with either the 2012 or 2014. I would say that I love to ride my Spyder and the appeal has not eroded nor has the fun stopped.

    Hope Jwill got his answer.

Our 2014 RTs in Circuit Yellow is a great machine. Just got back from an 11 day trip to Glacier Nat. Park and never gave a thought to reliability--- only the joy of being out in the wind. The ECU flash is the extra power the should have come with in the first place.

But the V-Max fills the bill for the need for speed and tilting horizons. Luckily I have no problem switching between the two great machines.

Love my 2019 Special Series F3-S. In the UK Spyders are a rare sight, when people see me they think I am rich and a celebrity, no other ride I have owned makes me feel special.

I'll never get tired of mine...why??...because they are fun...not many people have them...so it's unique!!!..and with certain upgrades you can make your spyder a lot faster... exciting!!!..it depends on what you want at the beginning...so the hype never goes away.

I'm on my 3rd Spyder and the "hype" is as strong today as it was with my first one 9 years ago!! I try and ride almost daily, especially on short errand runs where I don't have to carry bulky things back home.. AND, it beats the MPG of my 2019 RAM almost threefold...

I love riding mine. Ride it to work almost every day, about 130 miles. I put just over 14000 miles in 14-15 months. Wouldn't change back to two wheels.

I've had mine for about 15 months, and have really really enjoyed it. I went from 2 up on my honey's Indian, and now I have my own ride. I love it. We've gone on several long weekend trips, and another 10 day trip planned next month. Looking forward to it.

Oh and yesterday I had the BajaRon sway bar installed, and my first reaction was why did I wait so long!? ((big grin on the way home)) Now the honey is worried I'll out ride him.

'Hype' is the process of marketing, promotion - or OVER-promotion of something - even to the extent of obfuscating the 'truth' - A.K.A... what is 'Real'.

And - just from this singular forum, a VERY partial Grievance List of actual 'Reality':

    -BRP connect
    -shocks
    -tires
    -swaybar
    -lighting
    -signals
    -horn
    -brakes
    -drainplugs
    -windscreen
    -seats
    -brake pedal
    -speakers
    -ECM calibration
    -exhaust
    -mirrors
    -latches
-overt product safety intrusiveness (nanny, startup routine, etc)
    -grips
    -ergonomics
    -performance
-'road-hugging' (Over)weight ( What? Fer $30K plus they couldn't have used just a bit more alloy on ol' Porky??? )
-assorted additional engineering idiosyncracies - <insert yer fave here, e.g 'vibes'>
    -price
    -Exhorbitant costs of accessories/ 'Fartles'
    -spotty dealer network
    -spare parts availability
-adding accessories to electrical system - could be risky
    -
    -
..... And yet, off the showroom floors they fly ....confirming that yes, Virginia, Pigs CAN fly, lol.

Not too many conveyances have such an extensive list of issues AND rabid owners all at the same time. Oh - fergot the King of Pigs... Hardleys.

You know who you are. Consider this as a "friendly" warning.

Continuation will = infractions. Maybe worse if it goes up another notch.

Opinions are fine. Attacks back & forth are not.

I'm not much with computers. Bought my first bike in the Spring of 1944. A 1936 Indian Pony 30 1/2 cu.in. Since then I have had
everything from a 50cc Honda Scooter to 2014 RTL Spyder. Last August my Burgman 650 turned 100000 mi. Told my Wife I had to get three wheels under my 90 yr old butt or quit riding. Found this 14 RTL in south Florida with 9400 mi on it. (Fat White Chick).Brought it home 15 Sept 18 and it now has 23873 miles on it. average well over 1400 mi per month. It's no Hangar Queen. The more I ride it--the more I like it. Had no problems so far and as for me----It's the Rolls Royce of motorcycles.

3 years 2 months and over 42,000 miles and it is a continuing blast to ride. Just got back from D3WR(pictures coming later) and other then a minor glitch coming home it was a great rally on a great ride.

Wife got a little wet yesterday on her ride home.... she rides the F3T as her ride of choice on her 75 mile RT commute to and from work April thru October. I guess she still likes her "Red Rocket"[ATTACH=CONFIG]174055[/ATTACH

She wont be needing the jacket today as the temps are forecast for 100 around quitting time..

I have a 2016 F3-T and now love it! The odd handling was a big issue for me after 25yrs on 2 wheeled motorcycles. But after installing M2 shocks and Bajaron sway bar I can now enjoy aggressive cornering! With the comfort and safety with a Spyder compared to a motorcycle I'm now sold on Spyder's.
