    Question Adjusting mirror

I have a 2015 RT Ltd. The owners manual shows how to adjust the mirrors. I have tried pushing on the areas shown to change the angle, to no avail. Won't budge. What am I doing wrong?

They can be really stiff. First make sure it is has not already reached its maximum movement in the direction you want to go. Visual inspection should tell you this. If you know it can be moved, I use two thumbs for up and down adjustment and one to move it side to side.

Identify what you have control over and find peace with what you don't.

I have pushed in all 4 directions with no luck. Will push harder.

When I adjusted mine, it didn't feel like the mirror was moving. It was very subtle. But when I looked, low and behold, it did in fact move..... Jim

    You got the right answers.
Just one slight addition: The mirror shell mounts have some flex to them.
It works best for me to hold onto the shell with your fingers while pushing with your thumbs.

Gave it a try, and it moved just enough so now I see all the way behind me without seeing my wife's hands in the mirror.
