    Default Photos on here

    Hi folks,

As of now, I cannot determine how to upload photos on this site.

In the past it was quite easy. I just went to that little 'square thingy' up in the 2nd row above this post & did it.

Now, I can do everything, but when I click on 'Upload' or whatever it says, nothing happens.

Anyone out there got a simple & easy way to upload photos from my computer?

Oh, did I say it had to be simple & easy; I am NOT a computer guy.

    Thanks in advance,

    Jerry Baumchen

    Hi Bob,

Re: What sort of operating system are you working with?

I can tell you only what I know. I have Win 10 on this computer. I also have Edge as my browser ( I think that is the correct term ). Oh, and I use Microsoft Picture Manager for all of my photo whatevers.

I just saw ARtraveller's post, so it would seem that I am not alone with this problem.

    Anthony, you out there?

ok so you go to the little square picture looking thing click on that then click on from computer then you find the picture you want to post and double click on it. now here is the hard part you have to wait, sit back for a few and watch nothing happen then all of sudden it bang you see a lot of numbers. finish writing what ever you want and click post.

One more thing to help speed up posting a photo is to resize the photo. before you post go to your photos and click on the photo you will be posting then right click on it in the drop down box you will see an option that will say resize, click on that, now you can select the smallest size 0.25MP, then click save and it will save a copy of that photo in a smaller MP. that will load a lot faster when you save the copy rename it , I always add SL on the end of the original name so I know its been resized.

WOW, Thank You. It was really a matter of getting them small enough.

Who says this is not a great site?
