Default Anybody installed Ryker Passenger seat and foot pegs?

Has anybody installed passenger seat and foot pegs yet.

The passenger foot pegs when closed stay loose and rattle around.

I installed these myself and the dealer has not installed any yet so don't know anything.

Not sure if I got a bad set, hope this is not normal.

May be a bearing or spring missing. They provide the friction to keep them up, and reasonably tight.

Edit: Stung again. I've been away(from SpyderLovers) since before the Ryker was being sold. I must start paying closer attention.

Identify what you have control over and find peace with what you don't.

I ended up removing the foot pegs, taking them apart and adding a washer to each arm.

They seem much stiffer now, even added a rubber bumper where it hits.

Can Am's quality control could use improving a little.

I actually had no issues installing them and they don't rattle at all on my Rally

I installed mine and they do seem a bit loose. I have not had the opportunity to ride it yet, so I do not know if it will be loose enough to rattle. I agree with you that they need better quality control. The seat went on easy.

Any fixes? I just installed mine and each one is loose in different position's, left one is loose when down and the right one is loose when up?

Really weird/not happy with the quality compared to price for oem

Any help is much appreciated my only option in my mind is to get the showchrome ones to make up for the crappy oem ones
