Yeah, well...You reminded me just how much I appreciate excellent customer service (NoMagicNeon, NewEnough, Cat Specialties, Nelson-Rigg, Spiralus Graphics) so I've decided I want my money back.

I would also like a 15% redeposit fee (as I will have to go all the way to the bank to put my refund back in my account) as well as a gift certificate to each of the above vendors who do remember their customer service training.


I will be forwarding all your correspondences to the Better Business Bureau, PayPal Fraud Department, and the Attorney General's office.

I saw one of these on a Spyder with a whole line of Spyders parked beside it. Unfortunately, it was a hot day and the Side-Kick sunk deep into the asphalt, causing the dreaded domino effect. You should have seen it, 12 Spyders all laying on their side... It was horrible.

We have had many PMs where we discussed my Side Kick and you assured delivery!!! I guess you expect me to just put up with my Spyder tipping over all the time unless I lean it up against something!
I guess the little kids down the street are going to be missing some kick stands while I try to fabricate my own version!
