Default LED running lights on Fr. Fender

Is there a simple way to replace the front fender running lights to LED. If a simple bulb replacement does anyone know the correct number?

If you have the OLD style fenders ( no ridge on top ) like me ….. they are T10 LED size ( to replace halogen ) ….. I just bought a ten-pack ( amber color ) on e-bay for $1.25 - delivered ….. Mike

My RT is not a limited so I have the fenders with the little grove in them not the ridge. I am assuming I need t take the fender off to replace the bulb?

NO NO NO …..( you can access it that way if you don't mind all the work ) …. those fenders take the T10 led amber or white , your choice …… the clear plastic cover comes off ….. push / slide up from the bottom ( it really takes pressure to do it ) so the prong comes free , then wiggle it off …. there isn't much slack for the wires, so gently pull it out …. grasp the socket and twist ( counter -clockwise ) it will come free of the holder …. pull bulb out … re-place ….turn power On …..if it's an LED you may have to reverse the bulb for it to lite …. good luck …. Mike

Geez I tried pushing and sliding...no luck. The entire light (rubber gasket and all) are trying to move. I assume I a just trying to get the plastic to slide out but not having any luck. Tips?

I think there is a pic of the process in your owners manual …. There are two prongs (?) …. the lower one is fixed … the upper one has just a bit of FLEX …. when you push up ...the upper one moves a little ….. They are difficult to re-move ….it is the BRP way of building things …. I'm surprised they didn't put LokTite on it also ...………… Mike
