    Default Looking for Solutions

My 2016 F3-T has the BRP Passenger Adjustable Backrest. I have looked into the BRP Top Case but I'm not willing to sink that kind of money in one. What I would like to do is find a compatible luggage rack that will work with the existing backrest and allow me to mount a GIVI Top Case on.

No one makes a compatible rack that will work with the brp adjustable backrest.
I had to make my own for my givi trunk. I used navvet idea on rack with mounting points under rear cover.IMG_20190528_113107_hdr.jpgIMG_20190528_112926_hdr.jpgIMG_20190528_113205_hdr.jpgIMG_20190528_112629_hdr.jpg

The BRP Adjustable backrest is a pretty large piece of kit!

Baker Air Wings has a nice rack that you can mount a top case on. Take a look at Shad bags in addition to the Givi.

As I said in my previous reply "NO ONE MAKES A RACK THAT IS COMPATIBLE WITH BRP ADJUSTABLE BACKREST". I did a lot of searching before doing it myself.

Is it just screwed into the plastic or is it bolted to it? Does it vibrate? I plan on getting the large 47 liter top case, it’s the largest one they produce.

I have the MLB rack and adjustable backrest with the above Givi 56 liter top box. Hold TWO full face helmets. This box required an extension bracket from MLB. The MLB back rest sits up higher and extends back further than the BRP rest. My combination gave me more passenger compartment room. I had the Baker Wings rack and the way it is mounted it constantly flopped around until it fell off on the highway. They refunded my money and claimed they made improvements? It amazes me how sturdy and solid this package is.
PM me and I'll give you some pictures?

If the MBL rack will work for you it would be great.
I have this rack and it is very sturdy and I got the 47L case for $50 on eBay which is normally $120 on Amazon.

Under the back cover on each side there are flat metal pieces attached to frame, with 2 holes to mount bracket for rack. It doesn't touch the cover when mounted.IMG_20190528_112718_hdr.jpgIMG_20190528_112700_hdr.jpgIMG_20190528_112926_hdr.jpgIMG_20190528_112629_hdr.jpgIMG_20190528_112605_hdr.jpg
