    Default Depends...

To me that is a great start... if it is your first tank and the F3 is new then it can get better but still good run. Keep track and let us know how it hold up.....

Is your Spyder brand new? If it is, that's a good start but remember, you're breaking in a brand new engine and it will take 3,000 or so miles for all the mechanical parts to bed in. You will soon find that ECO mode is no fun either.

Yup it's new. I want to do a few tanks with ECO mode then move to next. I really don't get to ride much so it's gonna take a LONG time to break it in. lol

I enter all my fuel usage into a spreadsheet. For my 70K miles I have averaged 36.9 mpg so I'd say yours is Good! It'll go up with break-in.

Your average is very interesting. Over 55.35K miles I'm averaging 36.6 which includes some very spirited riding, barreling along interstates for hours at 80+ into very stiff headwinds and very sane riding wherein I've averaged 45.2 over 240 miles.

Just refilled the RTS this morning - some 2-up, and some hard pulls included. 161 miles and 4.2 gal - 38 mpg or therebouts. Pretty pleased with that as it'll be my commuter vehicle.
