    After a lengthy search I ended up ordering the following from Amazon. I don't get it until Thursday so I can't give you any experience data. I basically got it for the features, price, and great number of positive reviews. Most everything else I looked at had very mixed reviews. I hope I've chosen wisely. The Akaso Ek7000 (non-pro) offered free same day (prime) Amazon delivery

    Update: Worked very well and I'm pleased I picked the AKASO EK7000 Pro. I put it on my dash and used the remote handle bar mount record button all of the time. Great value for the price.
