    Default Dealership Shout-Out

As I have posted before, I have been working with my dealership (Ride Now Jacksonville) on an alignment issue. After a month of riding/owning the Ryker, I realized that the bike was pulling to the right and took it in to them for an alignment. They performed the alignment at no cost to me. This not only fixed my pulling to the right, it also seemed to take care of the wandering on rough roads. I was happy.
After another 4 months, I noticed that the inside tread on BOTH front tires was down to the wear-bar. This was at around 3000 miles. When I took it in to get the 3,000 mile inspection/oil change, I brought it to their attention. They took another look at the issue and decided to perform another alignment saying that they now had a Can-Am certified tech and he verified that the alignment was indeed off. Again at no cost to me.
With a little discussion about how I thought it wasn’t right that the alignment issue had caused the tire issue and that I thought I should get a discount for new tires. I was willing to accept a fair discount as I did have 3,000 miles on the tires, but they said they will replace both tires, for free. They did say that they would have to order them as they didn’t have any in stock. Today I took the Ryker in and they indeed replaced both the front tires, no cost.
I would like to send a shout out to Jerome Robinson and John Shannon. Jerome is the internet specialist that I first contacted through their website. John is their onsite Can-Am specialist. They both stepped up and assisted me in getting this taken care of.

Thank you, it is good to know. I have been taking mine down to DaytonaFunMachine in Daytona Beach, Fl. They are very good down there. I am glad they now have a mechanic that knows what he is doing up here now.
    Thank you,

If you got any spare techs, send one down to the Gainesville dealership.

Not too far from Gainesville is West Coast Powersports in Clearwater. Their staff is first rate and Jason is the best tech around (IMO). Very knowledgeable. competent and caring. Very personable also. I highly recommend this dealership. I have purchased 3 Spyder RT's from them.

Wow, that's a good recommendation for West Coast Power Sports seeing as you are almost 3 hours from Clearwater. I've heard they are a good dealership with Chris Brown, a guru sales guy there who will treat you right on a Spyder price and knows a lot about Spyders. Been trying to decide where to go to look and browse, Barney's in Brandon, or West Coast in Clearwater. One thing I know, if I buy a RT, I want to know a good shop, I'm getting long in the tooth, I might change the oil, or not, but not doing work on any machine I buy. A Lakeland dealer is 10 mins away, but not a good rep for a Spyder shop, so I would not be going there.

Problem with that is, I am already about 70 miles north of Gainesville. Be closer to go to Jax or Tallahassee. Gville is just the closest dealer and where I bought the Spyder. Thought there might be a dealer in Valdosta. There is Can Am dealer there, but they only handle the off road toys.
