2008 GS front fender running light lens
I have a 2008 GS. the front fender running light lens has 2 tabs that hold in in place, about the size of a walnut. Think the fender was redesigned a few years later. One of the clips broke off. Dealer says I have to buy the whole assembly for over $50 : wiring, rubber gasket, housing, bulb and lens; can't just get the lens Called a few junkyards with motorcycle parts, no go there so far. Any ideas?

not trying to be a wise guy, but paying $42 plus shipping minus a 10% holiday discount for a walnut sized plastic lens that should cost under $10 is very irritating. thinking my only source would be a junk yard, but very few MC yards have spyder parts
