    Default Choice - 2017 Daytona or 2018 S

Have the choice between a 2017 F3-S Daytona or a 2018 F3-S for within a $500 difference (Daytona is more).

So does the 2017 Daytona have stuff the 2018 S does not besides being Yellow instead of just Black?

    Thanks for the input.

Unless the 2018 F3S was a color that I couldn't resist, I would choose the Daytona, just to be different. It definitely gets a little more attention. Even though I am not a fan of the yellow.

    Default choices, choices

it's a visual thing.... if they are both new with full warranty then it is what you like best. I am sure you can negotiate the difference on the daytona as it has been in their stock longer (if a dealer) and they may give you extras in warranty or acc to make it a better deal. Check them out and see the comfort etc even though they are both adjustable in that area....

I thought it was mostly an appearance thing. Thanks for the clarifications.

Doesn’t the 18 have the digital dash? Also on the Daytona I believe you can turn the nanny down for a little more fun. I’d go for the Daytona as I’m not seeing that the digital dash is anything special.

Tim, test drive both of them. The Daytona is a bit of a reach, as the drag bars go straight across, and the S has some pullback. Yes, you can change anything, and make it fit you. Perfect timing - we will be in Spokane on 17 June. Bring the new bike up to get Squared Away!

The digital dash did not show up on the F3S in 2018. I do prefer the turned down nanny.
