What does error code B2020 means? 2018 RT.
What does error code B2020 means? 2018 RT.
Yesterday while riding, I noticed an exclamation mark ( ! ) illuminated on the dash. I pulled offer to investigate and before I even came to a full stop, the indicator went off.
I first checked the manual and the explanation given was "Vehicle Malfunction", real helpful.
I thought of the error code, checked and found "B2020" displayed.
I knew I had a list of codes on my phone but B2020 was not on there, probably an out of date list.
The SpyderCode app also does not appear to know about that code.
Since the light had gone off, I decided to keep riding and at the lunch stop ( about twenty minutes later ), the code was no longer being shown.
So, does anybody knows what B2020 means?
Is there a more up to date list of codes available somewhere?
Thanks

Interesting....🤔
Don't find that code either but perhaps someone with the buds program can chime in. I find many issues like this are glitches and disappear and don't come back. Just watch for it if it does not come back your good. Have had a few and even knowing the code they go away on a computer restart and never come back. Hooking up to buds at the dealer may give you something as the codes are stored ...

B2020 Is not in the the list of inactive codes in BUDS2 for 2018 RT. But other codes in this series are related to the gauge cluster itself.
PS You may have to call your dealer and ask them to look it up on Bossweb.
