This was my first as well. I'm glad we got to go, even if only for a short time. Met some great people and learned a lot. I don't know that I would attend another for at least another few years. So much riding and so little time to get it all in. If the venue were closer to home, this could be an annual event for us.

I attended Spyderfest in 2013 and 2014 and enjoyed both of them.

I think the demise was when they went to two different locations. I really enjoyed it when everything was at the fair ground every one was mixing with everyone else

Just bought my Ryker so I am a "neewby" for sure!

Seems to me that a National Spyderfest is not going to last due to distances involved - maybe 4 or 6 regional Spyderfest's are the solution in the future.

Ditto! It was nice to see the constant flow of Spyders buzzing around town back and froth to the fairgrounds....that was just part of the event actually, just seeing all of the Spyders cruising around town.

CruzrJoe is absolutely right! I will miss this event and seeing all of my friends there. I have such great memories from the 9 years that I attended and I want to thank Len and Vanessa and the MOGang for all of their hardwork and dedication, putting on an event of this size is a huge amount of work and is a pretty thankless job as has been made apparent from many of the replies in this thread.
