I plan to use this bike daily (whenever the weather permits) in the summer which will also help with controlling the mileage on my other cars, lol.
The max Horsepower for the 600 is 47 at 7300 RPMs. I would imagine you could run all day at 1000 RPMs below the max horsepower setting.

Can you rephrase that? Hard to decipher what you are saying.
Actually, at Can-Am website, it says 50. 47 must have been a preliminary number.

My experience with my 600 ACE running at 70mph the RPMs were between 6000-6200. That's more than a 1000 RPMs below the RPMs for max horsepower. In my mind running at 70mph for extended periods should not be a problem.

Actually, mirrors are clearer at higher RPMs vs. lower ones.

This is a great place for the after market CVT tranny tune ups. Simple to do and a lot of info in the ATV, Side by Side and the like market place.

I think you're right, the 600 should be fine...I've been following Fastryker for tuning updates and think it would get better.
Per their website - With this tune, you will experience the following:
Increased acceleration
Increased throttle response & less throttle lag
Moderate changes to normal mode
Higher RPM limit
increased fuel efficiency in cruising RPM's
Access to maps as we upgrade. (working on removing traction control, possibly adding sport mode)

Just keep in mind, any of that will void your warranty.

Despite stricter emission laws in Europe, the Ryker 600 here has 50hp and the 900 82hp (Europe Spec Sheet)
