2up spring kit install instructions

Has anyone installed the 2up spring kit themselves? searched for installation instructions, but couldn't find anything. If you did it yourself was it very difficult?

You can get spring compressors at Harbor Freight very reasonable. I did the front's on my Nissan Titan with them so they should do the weak Ryker spring no problem. Most if not all of the installation instructions for accessories reference the service manual so yes, those instructions are pretty worthless.
