Default SOLD Roadster Renovations Spring Stiffeners for RT

Set of 4 spring stiffeners from Roadster Renovations (Doc Humphreys). These came on my RT and I now have a BajaRon sway bar so no longer need these. They are like new - they just sit there between the spring coils after all. $65 plus shipping

These are going one way or another. If you want them, just cover the shipping cost for 8 ounces plus package (call it one pound) from zip 37601 and they're yours.

What makes you think that you dont need them? No trying to be a SA but i thought the two did totally different functions. Reason I ask is I am running both......

My understanding is that stiffeners are a common practice in some auto activities such as hot rodding, etc. However, I would think that locking a section of a coil spring effectively shortens the spring and changes the spring rate of the coil/suspension. Yes, a heavier sway bar also changes the suspension but does not reduce the designed spring rate and suspension travel. Just my opinion and worth just what you paid for it.
