Better gas mileage and a windshield that is not a toy. A simple aux. 12 volt connection. Oil filter instead of cartridge type. Lug nuts instead on of 1 65 mm nut. Overall I think the Ryker is a good machine and a good value, but that does not mean it can't be improved.

A toy? How is it a toy? I got one because it is annoying when the wind lifts up the helmet considerably. The windshield fixes the problem perfectly.

Would love to see an electric version.

And a wider rear tire, definitely.

It's interesting some of you don't like the noise. I find it to be one of it's endearing qualities. It clunks, spits, jumps around, skids, vibrates and is generally unruly (also good quality's for a woman). I think it's great. More like a 60's muscle car than a high tech Tesla. I hope there will be an aftermarket exhaust that will make it roar

Exactly how I feel about it. I like the rumble and the vibrations. (panels included)

Take away that see-thru gap under the upper body, and use that space for a little more gas tank volume.

My impression when I first took it out of the box and my feeling has not changed much. While it does break the wind, it is to small to repel rocks, bugs and other debris. Also it would need to move another 4 inches to make me happy.
Today I had to stop 3 times to clean bugs off my visor, can make it hard to see going 60 mph.

The styling, and riding position. Then I might consider buying one (along with a couple years in manufacturing to get the kinks out).

All that would do is increase your chances of hydroplaning! I had the base model Slingshot, and it hydroplaned at times. I'd hate to think what a more expensive model with a WIDER tire would do!

Hi there! I’ve been riding my Rally edition for over a month now, and still enjoy it very much! No one mentioned this, but I would definitely love to have an electric reverse switch since I’m always struggle at switching due to its position. Also electrical push button parking brake with an option to auto engage after engine cutoff. Not a big fan of a loud beeping each time I park and forget to immediately apply PB... Definitely(!!!) something has to be done with that super clunky tranny that make me always hesitate at intersections.. better and larger instrument cluster, and definitely all LED lighting, can’t believe they still use old crappy bulbs in new machines..

I want a lockable compartment (maybe the frunk) to keep registration / insurance papers etc.
My Sportster didn't have the traditional underseat stash and I had to remember to stuff all that in my pockets when I went out to ride.

It would also be nice to have a locking gas cap.

Wider passenger seat. Had a Ryker picked out and ready to buy until the wife set on it. Now im stuck looking for used spyders.
Would also like to see better mpg and a top speed above 85 fir the 600. If my 500 lbs, 400cc scooter can run 95mph two up why can't the 600 ryker do it with one person?

    1. Reduced RPMs while riding in ideal conditions
    2. Better storage solutions (larger, locking, symetrical)
    3. A "real" key fob that doesn't need interaction
    4. Smoother transitions from stop to go, reverse, etc.
    5. Upgraded sway bar links standard on all 900 models ($150 for the bar, $300+ for the install, WTF!)
    6. Improved braking sensitivity (a personal preference)
    7. Different wheel styles/options at purchase
    8. Matching color panels to replace silver
    9. Heated grips option
    10. Heated seat option
    11. Cruiser control option

I know 3rd party manufacturers will make up for some or most of these...

How many times does this have to be said. THE RYKER IS NOT A SPYDER. If you want to turn it into a Spyder, just buy a Spyder to begin with. Otherwise just enjoy the Ryker for what it is.

I would have liked a Brembo brake option. The base brakes have no grip and are spongy.

1/ Make the seat adjustable front to back. It's too close to the fuel tank for me.
2/ There is obvious provision for a fuel cap. (have a look, there are 3 molded lugs around the opening)
3/ Better fuel economy. I have a Ryker 600 in addition to my Spyder F3L. The F3 gets around 14 Km to the litre, the Ryker is getting around 6.5Km per litre. OK, it's still early days but to have a 1330cc engine achieving TWICE the mileage of a 600cc engine is a bit worrying. The worst part of this story is the fact that the fuel economy I'm getting with the Ryker is exactly the same as I'm getting with my car which has a 6.2Litre V8 and weighs 8 times as much as the Ryker.
    Now, wash your hands

A great restoration is when you can you can smash your face down on the paint to get your eye as close to the surface as you can, and you can't see any flaws as you look down the lines of the car. Twenty coats of paint and primer all hand sanded and rubbed between coats. Looks so smooth and deep that you feel like you could dive into it.

30 more hp (have a 900 and yes she moves but you now after bit you always want more lol).

    Semi auto transmission

Wider rear tire for that more aggressive look.

A nicer looking gauge cluster with a real tach and the rest of it can be digital.

    Better brake option.

My wife gets her 600 on Saturday so canít say anything on that yet.
