Default Prosport EVO Series Digital Fuel Level Gauge

Anyone successfully installed the Prosport EVO Series digital fuel level gauge on an RT-SE6 (2014)? The gauge has a "selection wheel" on the back where you match the ohm reading of the bike wire that carries the fuel level signal. After installation, the gauge reads 100% regardless of the actual fuel level. Any experience out there?

I would say probably not any experience. The Spyder has a digital fuel gauge once you disconnect the analog gauges. They will then appear on your screen, but you have to disconnect both.

Looking at the installation instructions for the EVO and the wiring diagram & service manual of the Spyder your only hope is to see if this works. Put the selector switch on #5 and add a 50 ohm resistor into the wire coming from the level sender. The resistance of the Spyder sensor is 290 ohms empty and 80 ohms full. The EVO #5 is 240 & 33.
