Has anyone added an extension to the max mount to put a bag behind passenger?

how did you secure it to the existing max mount?
any detailed pictures of how mounted?
I have the comfort seats, both driver and passenger with backrest, do you think it would still work?

    thanks

its 4mm strong so maybe its possible if you cut out the wholes for the passenger seat - I use the original footrests for the costumer and made a new seat-cushion - the complete plate is removeable (including the seat - there is no cange on the driver seat (I use now also the comfort one )
4 screas to fix it on the max-mount .. very simple

Hi greckman what I've done is buy a givi tank lock ring ( usually fit on solo bike tanks) made alloy plate not to thick so it will go under pillion seat and drilled max mount 2 holes plate extends past hand holds just enough to fit a givi bag on , bag clicks on / off and can take any givi bag you choose cut plate the same shape as givi ring to make it look professional job done. Regards Nico 75

I am in process of making my own max mount extension. Hopefully it will get done by the end of this week so I can post pictures. What I am making is very similar to Nico 75 post.
