    Got my Ryker back today, finally. Repair order says the CVT bearings, chains and chain guide were burnt up... at 110 miles. New CVT assembly certainly feels different, even shifting from forward to reverse is different. Now there's a high frequency whine that hopefully means nothing.

    Hopefully something was just assembled wrong or just a defective CVT right out of the box. It happens, hopefully an isolated incident.

    Try running in Sport mode. I notice mine whines in Eco mode.
