I too suffered from pain in my wrist and tingling in my fingers. I did three things: Put foam grips on the Ryker, put a cramp buster on the throttle and due to previous wrist injuries.. I also now wear a wrist brace. Went out for over an hour ride today and no issue. When my fingers started to tingle I simply slid over to the cramp buster!

I rode a few bikes for a couple years starting at age 18. Then I didn't ride for 20 years. I was shocked when I started riding again, and my hands got numb, when they never did when I was younger. It is imperative to be able to regularly relax and shake down each hand to restore circulation or whatever.

The Cramp Buster works, I can't imagine riding any kind of distance without one.
