Thanks for the comparison....
Great as always.... the difference is minimal guess the advantages would be the getting there and the consumption of fuel getting there....

I don’t have a ryker I have a 17 rtl and I know that it is slower than any bike I have ever owned and the ryker looks like it’s slower than even that but the level of fun is way up there so who cares .U didn’t but a can am to race it .I would love if it was a little faster but it’s the driving experience that matters in the long run.Martin sir you have just ruined it for all the guys that like to debate about performance.

Thank you Martin for risking life and limb on that narrow road. And motorcycle speedometers are notoriously optomistic.
Spyder1----- if you want your faster the ECU flash is great, REAL, and not TOO expensive.
Kaos----- Gone but not forgotten.
2014 RTS in Circuit Yellow, farkle-ing addiction down to once every few months. ECU FLASH IS GREAT.

Let me restate the question. Are there different settings in the computer in the European models that would change the top speed from the North American models?

I really dont think there is any difference appart from few lights we need to have extra, between you guys and us or Australia or Asia. It was the same for Spyder for all the ATV, so i dont think they did anything extra for RYKER>

The Ryker 'feels' faster than it is. If you gun it will make all kinds of dramatic mechanical sounds, spins the tire, and pushes you back. I see it as akin to an old WW2 war plane. Like the P40 Flying Tiger. No sophistication, just raw and unruly.

Yes - it is ..we have a different mapping here (CO2 ??) .. slower than in the US-Versions ..but thats OK for me - maybe the "Rally" needs better tires ( I use TOYO) - my "tests" are a little diferent .. on the road the speed is more intresting between 50 - 75 miles per hour
