Default 2010 RS adding BajaRon Sway

Just ordered the upgraded sway bar from Ron. Will be installing it after Easter. Anyone who has done this installation on a pre-2013 RS, any advice for the install? I see that I can do this without removing the frunk (or removing it). Anyone done this without removal of the frunk? Any tips? Thanks in advance, everyone. And.. thanks Ron for your great products/service!!

    Default You can...

You can do the installation without removing the frunk but it is much easier to do without the frunk in place. Some will remove the bottom bolts and prop the frunk a little out of the way. I removed it to allow access to the zerk (grease) fittings and do a lube job as well. I do have some pictures in my albums but not much to go on.

    Hi David,

PS) Some have done it w/o removing the frunk; but it is much easier if you do remove it.

I removed the frunk. It's easy to do and makes the job a lot easier.

    Hi Jerry,

Thank you for your Bajaron anti-sway bar installation videos. I noticed that you did not install new metal Heim Joint Links. I have a 2008 GS990 SM5 Spyder. Are there Heim Joints on this model?

    Thanks,
    Tom
