 Does my spyder tire need a replacement ?
Do you think i can get few more miles out of this tire ? And should I go for a car tire or another Kenda ?

Looks like there's a lot of miles left, but might need balancing.
Ours is a red, black and chrome 2017 F3 Limited. Bought new in 2/2019. The avatar is my first bike back in 1952, a Simplex Servi-Cycle. Photo taken at the Barber Museum.

Absolutely! Get a bunch of chewing gum to make the temporary repair until you can get it replaced.

Duct tape and bailing wire on the other side might take care of the out of round/balance problem at higher speed.
